Operations Support Analyst will provide immediate support to traders, back office, support personnel and IT staff in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and ensure that the trading operation is run smoothly. Operations Support Analyst must be motivated team player who can understand the instruction, rectify as well as solve problems efficiently, responsible and work independently.
This position is a highly specialized support organization that is responsible for the daily operations of trading exchange. This is a customer-facing position that requires identifying, troubleshooting and resolving both internal system problems as well as external customer-related trading issues. The role requires a blend of communication, problem solving and team playing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshooting day-to-day customer issues and provide direct support to clients by various communication channels including but not limited to: phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram.
Interaction with other departments is required.
Understanding customers' needs and to solve the issues accordingly.
Verbal proficiency in English
